Almighty God, on this day of celebration we pray for the Class of 2009. Open their hearts to your grace and wisdom. Fill them with your holy and life-giving Spirit. Keep them in the faith and communion of your holy Church. Sharpen their intellect toward the service of your kingdom. Teach them to love others as Jesus Christ loves the world. Send them into the world in witness to your love. And bring them at last to the fullness of your peace and glory. Amen.
